Cancellation Policy

AMT Massage Therapy understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life and we are happy to honor your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage session that might make massage a bad idea, including fever, cold, flu, any type of prolonged sickness, rash, etc., please contact us before you arrive for your appointment. If you are pregnant when scheduling your appointment, please let us know IMMEDIATELY because we do not offer pre natal massage services.

48 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL A MASSAGE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PENALTY.

Since appointments are limited, this allows the opportunity for another client to fill the empty time slot. Since all massage services are by appointment only, a major credit card is required to hold your appointment. Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until massage services are rendered, unless you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

If you are unable to give 48 hours advanced notice you will be charged HALF OF THE AMOUNT of the scheduled service.

If you are not present for your session within 20 minutes of appointment time, your service will be forefeited and you will be charged THE FULL AMOUNT of the scheduled service.
